How and why Holistic Mental Health works
Your mental health can be affected by many facets of your life. Your genetic makeup, stress levels, personal traumas, interpersonal relationships, and even nutritional deficiencies can affect your mood and well-being I prescribe medications to help support your mental health but I also take into account who you are personally in the context of your current challenges. Working with you to support your mental health challenges by also including lab work, supplements if necessary, brief therapy, modifying life stressors, et cetera, are all angles I wish to approach your treatment plan with.
