My background in social work combined with my interest in holistic healing allows me to help others focus, reflect, and refine their lives so they can truly enjoy their unique experiences in this life.

I am a O’ahu born and raised multiethnic Native Hawaiian Nurse Practitioner. I now call the Pacific Northwest my home with my family and two dogs. I worked for several years as a social worker, specifically with adults diagnosed with mental illness and developmental disabilities before pursuing my career as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner.

I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards when providing mental health services by following evidenced-based guidelines.

Compassion, empathy, and intuition are my core values when it comes to building a strong rapport with my clients.
